The journal will become the public-facing stream of project updates. For now, the deeper field record lives in the GitHub repository while the website is being launched.
The first MeshCore round helped establish a baseline around paths, flooding, direct messaging, repeaters, and Room Servers. Testing has now restarted with dedicated solar repeaters, a Room Server, and portable companion nodes so the project can evaluate a small infrastructure model rather than individual devices alone.
Recent tests have examined direct and relayed communications, multi-hop behavior, repeaters, mobile nodes, learned paths, and power behavior. The next priority is reproducibility: fixed configurations, defined routes, repeated measurements, and clearer separation between observation and interpretation.
